We are seeking a talented, experienced, and dependable individual to handle the daily accounting tasks in a volume automotive dealership. The position requires knowledge of automobile accounting, which is not that same as standard accounting. The ideal candidate must have excellent people and communication skills and be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Post purchases and sales of vehicles from /to the auction.
• Post and process all wholesales.
• Dealer Trades.
• Prepares tag & title paperwork- (In and out of state).
• Reconcile assigned schedules.
• Issue checks for lien payoffs and used purchases.
• Maintains reports pertinent to quality of role.
• Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.

• Proven experience as automotive billing/title clerk
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
• Must be dependable.
• Strong attention to details
• Must have flexibility with schedule during month end process.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
