Paralign Overview
Paralign Capital Partners is a merchant bank with expertise in highly structured and complex mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP transactions designed to integrate value creation, liquidity, income/capital gains/estate tax planning, shareholder legacy, and other considerations. The firm serves closely held, middle market family- and founder-owned businesses. In addition to a leading advisory platform, Paralign manages a captive investment fund designed to invest in our clients and the transactions we structure. Paralign was formed as partnership between former clients and Paralign professionals who share a common vision for a better, more aligned advisory and investment fund model for middle market businesses, combining sell- and buy-side experience and expertise for a sum that is greater than its parts.
Job Description
Paralign's team is critical to the success of our client-partners and projects by providing key strategy input and completing and overseeing process execution. Salary Range
Paralign is dedicated to providing its team with upwardly mobile advancement opportunities and significant compensation potential, which may include components such as direct and/or synthetic equity incentives and other benefits. While inherently unpredictable based on market, industry, firm performance, individual performance, and economic conditions, Paralign is prepared to provide a highly competitive compensation package based on the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience. Subject to the foregoing, Paralign is offering base pay of $125,000-$175,000 annually (with the potential for more for a senior associate hire), plus a competitive bonus program payable biannually (in addition to a unique, potentially highly lucrative deferral/reinvestment compensation model beginning at the Vice President level but reflective of projects completed throughout an individual's tenure), as well as health, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits.
