Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Construction

Location: Denver, CO (Remote with Weekly In-Office Meetings)

Compensation: $35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

First-Year Target Earnings: $140,000+ | Top Performers $300,000+

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sell high-quality roofing, siding, solar, and exterior construction services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Manage your pipeline: conduct in-person inspections, define scopes of work, and create detailed project proposals.
  • Lead the customer journey from initial consultation through contract close, project execution, and final payment.
  • Prospect and build strong referral networks with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and real estate professionals.
  • Document client interactions, project scopes, and follow-ups in our CRM (Acculynx) with precision.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of construction materials, techniques, and installation standards to confidently scope and close projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience — preferably in roofing, construction, exterior remodeling, or solar .
  • Solid understanding of construction elements: roofing systems, siding, windows, roof pitches, basic building codes, and scopes of work.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed personal sales targets.
  • Experience working with project estimates, scopes, insurance claims, and change orders is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with CRMs like Acculynx, Salesforce, or similar is highly preferred.
