Job Description
The Transaction Dept is focused on ensuring our agents receive the highest level of service and that the transactions of the Team run smoothly. This department is dedicated to implementing and maintaining workflows and giving excellent customer service to clients.
This role is a Transaction Coordinator and is responsible for a variety of duties that further the business of the Team, serving agents in our Indian Land office. Not only do you have to understand transactional processes, but you also have responsibilities for assisting agents from the onset of a new client. From fielding questions from other staff members, agents, and key members of management to client and vendor interaction, your communication skills have to be off the chart! You are expected to possess tech skills and problem-solving abilities.
As one of our Transaction staff, you will ensure the efficient progress of paperwork, coordination, and support during the listing process, to contracts and documents, and through to the completion and closing of the file. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material, and additionally, it is crucial that you become familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, terminology, and procedures. Your ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, is a must.
This is a hybrid position with some remote work and some in-office work in our Indian Land location.

Compensation:$35,000 base plus transaction bonus
