Job Description

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Operator to join their team. As a Process Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality medical products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Operator 

Location: Zebulon, NC

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm or 4pm-2:30am

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch documents.
• Monitor equipment for excessive rejects and escalate any issues affecting product quality.
• Participate in performance management and problem-solving initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct equipment changeovers and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain production efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work up to 12.5 hours in one shift if required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry and analysis.
