SVS Group is currently looking to hire 25 Experienced Due Diligence Underwriters to work for one of our best Mortgage Clients. You will be working fully remote and the pay is $30.00 per hour. Even though these are Due Diligence positions we are still looking for Frontline Underwriters as well.

Duties

• You will be doing post closed underwriter reviews to make sure the loans are good.
• Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation to assess risk levels.
• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in underwriting processes.
• Stay informed about securities law and regulatory changes that may impact underwriting practices.
• Utilize financial software to streamline the underwriting process and enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Prepare detailed reports on underwriting decisions, including rationale for approvals or denials.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 2+ years of recent Due Diligence Underwriting Experience.
• If you do not have recent Due Diligence Underwriting Experience then we can take Frontline Mortgage Underwriters but you must have Non-QM and Manual Underwriting experience. 
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, including risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with financial software tools that facilitate data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
• You must have your own equipment as you will be fully remote.
