Job Summary:
AAA United States, Inc . has partnered with a company in Fairhope, AL specializing in the aerospace industry, focusing on providing a variety of products and services, such as manufacturing, repair, and maintenance for aircraft and aerospace components. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabrication of tools/test equipment.
• Maintain workspace, facility, and equipment as delegated by Production Manager.
• Regularly run a Mill, Lathe and surface grinders.
• Other responsibilities as delegated by the Production Manager.
• Design non-complex tooling using paper drawings if and when needed.
• Fabricate tooling/test equipment.
• Work with R&D personnel in complex tooling design when assistance is needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 yearsof manual machining experience required.
• 1 year tig welding experience required.
• Read, Write, and speak English.
• Basic Mathematics.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read measuring tool such as, Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Indicators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data/drawings.
• Ability to Engineer tools and test equipment using a sample part.
• Tig Welding.
• Ability to run a Mill, Lathe, and surface grinders.
• SolidWorks CAD software.
