The selected candidate will play an integral role in our team by performing analytical work, handling data entry tasks, and utilizing their strong financial background. This role calls for someone who is proficient in accounting software systems, has experience with ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Mining Techniques, and is willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing financial data entries.
• Utilizing data mining techniques to gather and analyze financial data.
• Employing accounting software systems for financial tasks and reports.
• Managing and maintaining customer credit records.
• Resolving customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Auditing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Using CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer relations and data.
• Participating in budget processes and capital management initiatives.
• Continuously learning and adapting to new financial processes and systems.
• Applying knowledge of accrual accounting in daily tasks.• Entry-level position, no prior years of experience required
• Proficiency in accounting software systems is essential
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services would be beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus
• Understanding of data mining techniques is desirable
• Ability to handle accounting functions is crucial
• Knowledge of accrual accounting is needed
