Job Description

Highly reputable Texas based firm is looking to hire an experienced eDiscovery Attorney

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Texas barred
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm, corporate legal department, or vendor setting, working on complex and/or large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.
• Experience working on both state and federal cases a plus.
• Proficiency in eDiscovery software (e.g., DISCO, Everlaw, Relativity, or similar).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Ability to work directly with clients, vendor partners, as well as attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants internally.
• Ability to work with opposing counsel and counsel for third parties on Discovery Issues.
• Understanding of current Discovery case law, Best Practices, and local court practices.
