Summary

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys solving operational challenges. You take pride in managing complex processes, communicating clearly across teams, and driving results through persistence and organization. You're excited by the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to a mission-driven company that values transparency and trust in the auto repair industry.

At RepairPal, we're on a mission to bring trust and transparency to auto repair. We connect millions of consumers with certified, trustworthy mechanics across the U.S. Our partners-like USAA, CarMax, and Endurance Vehicle Services-rely on us to guide their customers to high-quality repairs at fair prices. In 2024, Repairpal was acquired by Yelp, expanding our reach and impact while staying true to our values.

We're a collaborative, data-driven team that values ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be a key player in helping us maintain strong financial operations, deliver value to our shop partners, and support our broader mission. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our systems, processes, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

We'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we're looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

What you'll do:

Verify repairs with auto shops through both manual outreach (calls and emails) and automated systems.

  • Support the full billing cycle, including preparing billing statements and ensuring accurate revenue collection.
  • Drive and maintain automated data connections with shop partners, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to demonstrate shop value and support internal decision-making.
  • Prepare revenue share reports for partners and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist with financial processes such as rebates, referral payments, and other revenue-related programs.
  • Document and improve operational processes to maximize revenue capture and team accountability.
  • Serve as a backup for collections and other revenue operations functions.

What it takes to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, financial operations, or back-office support.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of personalities, especially in the automotive industry.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Bonus points for experience in the auto industry or with auto-related technology.

What you'll get:

  • Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental
  • 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday
  • Up to 14 weeks of parental leave
  • Monthly wellness subsidy
  • Work from home reimbursement
  • Flexible spending account
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • Compensation range for this position is $54,000.00- $81,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
