Job description

We are looking to hire individuals to conduct entry for our Background Investigation department. Remote office equipment such as a computer, high-speed internet and smart phones will be required. Knowledge of legal criminal matters and ability to read court minute entries is mandatory. I t is HIGHLY recommended to NOT apply if you do not have knowledge of legal terminology . This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on court cases and legal documents to gather relevant information.
• Analyze and summarize findings to assist legal professionals in case preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely access to necessary information.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
• Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using research databases and software tools
