Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems and Building Automation. Your expertise will ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Install new units or replacement parts according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Conduct skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in building, equipment, shop, and storage areas.
• Document all work order activities and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and building codes.
• Collaborate with leadership and contractors on various projects.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inventory Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required; Universal preferred.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and electrical systems (high and low voltage).
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and DDC Controls.
• Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Comfortable navigating computers and applicable software.
• Flexibility with work assignments and schedules.
• Welding skills are a plus, but not required.
