We’re looking for a  Physical Therapist who’s passionate about going beyond basic rehab — someone who wants to help clients rediscover their full physical potential through biomechanics, strength training, and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and performance-based conditions using evidence-based techniques
• Design and adjust personalized plans focused on movement quality, functional strength, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with in-house wellness professionals (massage therapists, personal trainers, ATCs) to support full-spectrum recovery and performance
• Educate patients on lifestyle habits that support long-term health and activity
• Optional: Participate in workshops, screenings, or local events to engage with our active community

Who You Are:

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in California
• Comfortable treating active adults, athletes, or patients with pelvic health needs
• Passionate about movement science, strength training, and patient empowerment
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Bonus points for certifications in strength & conditioning, pelvic floor therapy, or holistic health

What We Offer:

• Salary: $82,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience)
