Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Knoxville, TN

Typical Hours:

• Hours: Monday 8AM - 9PM open availability, Tuesday - Thursday 8AM - 8PM Friday - 8AM - 6PM
• Multiple shifts to choose from based on hours of operation. Let us know your constraints so that we can find the right fit and shift for you.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / hour + $4.57 / hour in fringe benefits options

PrideStaff, a nationwide staffing company, is looking for passionate, positive, customer service-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Degree preferred but not required
• Veterans wanted...please apply!!
• Customer Service Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work 1-2 evening shifts per week
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to pass a Drug Test
• Ability to pass a Federal Clearance Background Check
