The ideal candidate for this position will having the following traits:
  • 3 to 5 years in a management or customer service-oriented field.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
  • Hard working with a good attitude and exemplary communication skills.
  • Driven to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Effectively manage a variety of situations on a day to day basis.
  • Understand the importance of serving others and taking care of their needs.
  • Enjoy working as a team while being able to handle situations on your own as well.
The specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive incoming calls & making outbound calls, booking service appointments whenever possible.
  • Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
  • Management and overview of multiple CSRs (Customer Service Representative).
  • KPI reporting for calls, booking rates, cancelled calls.
  • Training & Coaching CSRs on call scripting, booking techniques, and customer relations.
  • Managing lead sourcing and commercial work orders through email.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
  • Cheerlead your team to success!!!!!!!!

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
