Job Description:
• Conducting data entry, filing, photocopying, stuffing envelopes and mailing
• Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries
• Provide accurate and timely responses
• Enter accurate information into the database
• Handle inbound calls and correspondence
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Effectively communicate written and verbal policies, procedures and benefits to members
• High School diploma or GED minimum required
• Minimum 1 year office setting, call center or customer service experience
• Experience with homecare or healthcare a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Type 30wpm a plus
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Payrate: $20 an hour
