We are looking for a Community Experience Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enhancing resident satisfaction and building a thriving community. If you're a customer-focused, proactive individual with a flair for creating memorable experiences, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Community Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our residential community, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents and ensuring they feel at home. You will be involved in everything from resident engagement and event planning to maintaining smooth property operations.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement & Customer Service
Create a welcoming environment for residents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Respond to resident inquiries and feedback with excellent customer service.
Organize and execute community events to strengthen resident engagement.
Conduct tours and assist with lease signings to ensure a seamless move-in process.
Community Operations
Inspect new resident homes to ensure a positive move-in experience.
Perform regular property inspections, assign maintenance tasks, and report issues.
Walk the property grounds to maintain curb appeal.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to implement effective leasing strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy of resident accounts and initiate legal actions if necessary.
Maintain detailed, accurate resident records.
Assist with preparing monthly reports.
Compliance
Adhere to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and all company policies.
What We’ll Expect from You:
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in property management.
Strong communication , interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and motivation to learn
