We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate is an actively practicing injector in the area with an existing patient following, and possesses a strong background in medical aesthetics, patient care, and clinical documentation.
In this role, the Aesthetic Nurse Injector will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and a key representative of the Studio 17 brand. The right candidate is passionate about medical aesthetics, continually invests in their professional development, and excels in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting patient relationships are essential. This individual is confident, communicative, and focused on ensuring patient satisfaction, comfort, and trust throughout every step of the treatment journey. A commitment to maintaining a polished, positive, and safe treatment environment is a must. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including: Neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, Biostimulators and PRF treatments, Microneedling, and Blood draws for PRP/PRF procedures
- Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatments and provide same-day services when suitable
- Educate patients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and skincare recommendations
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, maintained, and compliant with infection control standards
- Provide a high standard of patient care and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members and management to support practice goals and patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain clinical excellence
- Support marketing efforts, including willingness to participate in social media content and promotions
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Aesthetic Injector
- Valid BLS certification
- Proven experience or strong interest in injectables and other aesthetic procedures
- Warm, professional bedside manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media savvy with a willingness to appear in marketing content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines such as Skinbetter or Plated is a plus
- Local patient following strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications
