Rise Modern Wellness is growing, and we're looking for a  Wellness Coach who blends strong  sales experience with genuine care and connection.

Rise Modern Wellness is a cutting-edge wellness studio offering advanced services including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, PEMF, IV drips, and more. Our mission is to empower our clients through holistic services and heart-centered support that leads to transformation from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

As a Wellness Coach, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and the heart of our community. You’ll guide clients through our offerings, recommend personalized wellness plans, and support them on their journey toward their goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their wellness needs and offer tailored service recommendations
• Drive membership and service sales through confident, consultative conversations
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and uplifting experience from check-in to check-out
• Listen deeply and empathetically to client concerns, offering encouragement and realistic next steps
• Maintain knowledge of all services and be able to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-energy environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a sales, coaching, or wellness-related role
• Familiarity with holistic health, biohacking, or recovery services 
• Availability for some evenings or weekends as needed
