Concern Housing is seeking a Weekend Overnight Counselor who will be primarily responsible for the overall monitoring and safety of tenants at the site.

Position: Weekend Overnight Counselor
Location: Bronx, NY (St. James, NY)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday; 12am - 8am
Salary: $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

-Read log for updates, instructions, and assignments.
-Filing, organizing charts, office cleaning, photocopying, etc, as assigned and/or as needed.
-Provide brief counseling as needed, redirect to core staff as appropriate.
-Crisis intervention as needed.
-Weekly medication counts, check for accuracy and corresponding documentation.
-Perform hourly walk-through of site during shift.
-Participate in monitoring of morning meds as needed.
-Prompt clients needing to wake early.
-Attend monthly staff meetings.
-Attend agency forums.
-Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
