We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English , with a strong background in e-commerce and the shipping process . If you are a motivated individual with at least 3 years of warehousing experience , we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Oversee staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
- Maintain and improve warehouse organization and processes to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors to manage the logistics process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Use and manage warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience , preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of shipping processes , including domestic and international logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and their operational processes.
- Knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, and inventory forecasting.
