Job Description

SCHEDULE :

Shift times are 8a-8p Needing 2-3 days of locum coverage per week in December 3 days a week for Jan/Feb

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Standard Credentialing is 60-90 days All ages seen

EMR - EPIC

Cold and Flu Symptoms: Aches, Cough, Fever, Nasal Congestion Sinus and Allergy Symptoms: Itchy Eyes, Nasal Congestion, Nasal Discharge, Facial Pressure and Pain, Cough Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) Diarrhea Ear Infections Eye Irritation Headaches Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Strep Throat Insect Bites Rashes: Poison Ivy, Ringworm, Shingles, Scabies, Hives Minor Burns Minor Scrapes, Cuts or Bruises Minor Injuries: Sprains, Muscle Strains Nausea and Vomiting Joint Sprains Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. REQUIRED MO state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear ProLocums
