Job Description

We are seeking a QA Compliance Training Specialist to support research & development (R&D) training needs , with a focus on preclinical and clinical genetic therapies research functions . This role involves managing training programs, leading process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and supporting training program enhancements, including the revamp of R&D training roles and curricula.
• Administering the t raining management system , driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient tracking and documentation.
• Ensuring training completion is conducted on time, properly documented, and archived in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific or business field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of training management experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of R&D and GLP (21 CFR Part 58) training requirements is a plus.
• Hands-on experience administering an electronic learning management system (LMS) is required; Veeva Training Vault experience preferred.
