Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin ( Hybrid 3 days remote , 2 days in-office )

Salary: Entry Level (No Sales Experience): 45k base and 30k sales bonus, 75k OTE

Entry Level (0-2 Years Experience): 55k base and 36k sales bonus, 91k OTE

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist . In this role, you will:

Be responsible for managing and nurturing all inbound leads generated through marketing efforts. This role requires the ability to qualify prospects, assess their specific needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a timely and efficient manner. The Specialist will oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer engagement throughout, primarily via phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated.
  • Reach out to all leads within 10 minutes of submission to ensure a swift response.
  • Qualify customers, diagnose their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from introduction to closing the sale over the phone.
  • Spend most of your day on the phone, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
  • Be efficient, hardworking, and proactive.

Required Qualifications:

  • STEM Degree
  • Intelligent and able to handle objections and curveballs with ease
  • Diagnostic approach, naturally curious and inquisitive
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D Printers
  • 1-2 years experience in sales is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers
