Position: M&L Staffing Manager (Full-Desk), Full-time Internal

Working Hours: Mon - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Base Salary: 65k-68k + commissions.

This position is a full-time onsite position. Eligible candidates must be within commuting distance of Garden City, NY.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive Success with Modern Tools : Use cutting-edge technology, social media, and virtual platforms to recruit top talent and sell our workforce solutions.
• Build Relationships with Clients : Identify and engage companies in need of Randstad’s workforce services, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
• Collaborate and Communicate : Work closely with hiring managers and key decision-makers to understand their needs and fill roles with precision.
• Take Action & Deliver Results : Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to ensure the success of your clients.
• Solve Workforce Challenges : Listen closely to diagnose gaps in client teams, and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
• Negotiate and Close Deals : Leverage your sales skills to ensure that our services deliver maximum value to clients while securing strong placements for talent.
• Recruit and Retain Talent : Use innovative sourcing methods to identify, interview, and place candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients’ needs.
• Make an Impact : Help candidates thrive by guiding them to the right job, ensuring long-term career success, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience : A bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of professional sales experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in staffing or recruitment before).
• Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is desired but not necessary.
• Track Record of Excellence : Whether it’s sales, recruitment, or any past experience, you’ve demonstrated a knack for being the best at what you do.
• Digital Savvy : You’re comfortable using Google Suite applications and digital tools to engage clients, track metrics, and improve processes.
• Relationship-Building Skills : You know how to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Metrics-Driven Mindset : You thrive in a results-oriented environment and love hitting goals.
• Adaptability : You’re quick to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
