D-Skilled Staffing has full-time employment opportunities available for Skilled Staffing Recruiters pay rate based on level of experience for the Dallas area. We provide one on one training programs and the tools needed in order to succeed. We are searching for ambitious highly energetic and positive team players. This position requires professionalism and to be self-directed with the ability to multitask. Time Management with a sense of urgency is critical!

Staffing Agency Recruiter responsibilities include: Pay Rate BOE Discussed upon Interview **Bilingual is a must**

The purpose of the recruiter position is to generate prospective candidates that are currently searching for employment and match them with current customers’ hiring needs.

This position requires a daily focus on sourcing and contacting candidates from the recruiting boards, resources and the community.

General Staffing Coordinator and Administrative Job description but not limited to:

  • Check voicemails, caller ID, emails and applications received through HR Center.
  • Respond to any inquiries from customers and employees.
  • Contact customers ensure customer satisfaction by following up after interviews for feedback and sending backups as needed.
  • Update Order Board- designate daily focus on open requisition to fill orders promptly.
  • Create and post ads via Ziprecruiter, Facebook, etc. Reach out to candidates who reply.
  • Source a minimum of 60 candidates per day for all open and prospective job requisitions.
  • Greet incoming applicants, set them up on computer, and answer all questions in the upmost courteous manner.
  • Interview with professionalism, identify missing information, document, and verify skills.
  • Process all necessary prescreening requirements: drug test, background check, and testing.
  • Verify professional resumes and emails before submitting to the customers.
  • Verify payroll information (direct deposit or pay card).
  • Follow all legal employment regulations required – I-9, EOE, etc.
  • Follow up with customers twice a week about employee’s performance, attendance and resumes submitted along with additional customer’s needs.
  • Staffing coordinator introduction and replies are required within 30 minutes of client contact for open requisitions.
  • Document all employee activity into Tempworks; payrate, start/end dates, customer comments, call-ins, performance activity and availability.
  • Dress and act professionally in the office settings and on client sites.
