Your Impact

As the SEO Engagement Director, you will lead our SEO strategy to drive organic growth and ensure client success. This role requires deep SEO expertise, leadership, and a forward-thinking mindset embracing emerging search paradigms such as AI, zero-click search, and multi-modal discovery. You will position SEO as a driver of broader business outcomes and shape integrated solutions across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management and Leadership: Lead client engagements, manage teams, allocate resources, build operational models, develop client relationships, mentor talent, and strategize account plans.
  2. Strategic Search Optimization: Develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals, conduct research, and present strategies and results effectively.
  3. Operational Excellence for Search Optimization: Execute comprehensive SEO programs, utilize SEO tools, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  4. Thought Leadership and Growth: Create industry POVs, case studies, lead new business efforts, and develop integrated sales strategies.

Who You Are

  1. 8+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  2. 3+ years managing SEO teams or direct reports.
  3. Deep expertise in technical SEO, AI-driven search, and cross-channel integration.
  4. Experience with SEO tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and emerging AI SEO technologies.
  5. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and working in CMS environments.
  6. Excellent in developing data-informed strategies and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
  9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
