Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and revise complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, directives)
• Create wealth transfer and tax minimization strategies tailored to HNW clients
• Counsel fiduciaries on trust administration and probate compliance
• Represent clients in California probate and trust litigation
• Partner with financial advisors, CPAs, and wealth managers
• Supervise junior attorneys and manage support staff on estate-related workflows

Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Active California State Bar license (required)
• Expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation
• Strong drafting and communication skills with attention to client sensitivities
• Preferred certification: CTFA or similar fiduciary credential
