Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex structured finance and capital markets transactions

• Provide legal counsel on capital raising, debt issuance, and related financial instruments

• Draft and negotiate financing agreements, disclosure documents, and related contracts

• Collaborate across departments to ensure full regulatory compliance

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, helping shape strategic financial initiatives

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a structured finance attorney or in related finance work

• Strong experience handling complex financial transactions

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

• Proven analytical and negotiation abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
