What You'll Do

1. Deep Discovery: Use your business acumen to support account planning and identify organizational challenges that BetterUp can address.
2. Solution Design: Develop expertise in our solutions to demonstrate how BetterUp can help organizations achieve their goals.
3. Presentation & Thought Leadership: Share the science of behavioral change through presentations, workshops, and speaking engagements.
4. Insights & Value: Analyze data to showcase impact stories, support retention, and inform strategy.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Product, Sales, and other teams to shape our offerings and deliver value.
6. C-Level Consulting: Engage with C-Level executives, especially CHROs and CFOs, to influence and sell our solutions.
7. Prioritization & Project Management: Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Qualifications

• M.A. with 7+ years of consulting or business experience, preferably in HR or related fields, or a PhD with 5+ years in behavioral science or related areas.
• Expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development, L&D, OD).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience engaging with executives and influencing at the senior level.
• Business acumen in understanding organizational challenges.
• Data analysis skills, including basic statistics and pattern recognition.
• Adaptability to ambiguity and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

The salary range for this role is $142,500 – $242,000, with specific ranges for New York City and other locations.
