A top-tier law firm is seeking a Senior Consumer Litigation Attorney with 12+ years of experience to join its Cerritos, California office. This position offers the chance to lead complex consumer litigation matters, work closely with seasoned partners, and mentor junior attorneys within a collaborative and driven litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex consumer litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal

• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents

• Conduct advanced legal research on consumer protection laws and regulatory frameworks

• Oversee e-discovery, manage document review workflows, and guide litigation teams

• Prepare and lead clients and witnesses through mediation, arbitration, and courtroom proceedings

• Negotiate favorable settlements and represent clients in high-stakes ADR forums

• Mentor junior attorneys and staff on case strategy and litigation best practices

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, procedural rules, and firm guidelines

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in consumer litigation, ideally in a law firm or boutique setting

• Active member of the California State Bar

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads with successful case outcomes

• Superior advocacy, drafting, and motion-practice skills

• Skilled at creating strategic litigation plans and responding to dynamic legal challenges
