Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst on a long-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis, data lineage and mapping. Prepare Business Requirements documents including
• Gap analysis. Use SQL, MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence. Evaluate complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Perform application design reviews. Perform quality analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with teams for integration of functions.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Perform data analysis to resolve high impact problems and projects.
• Apply knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Use knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, user testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Integrate business architecture and infrastructure to accomplish business goals.
• Analyze and define issues and develop solutions.
• Provide training.
• Plan project deliverables and milestones. Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the organization, its clients and
• assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, and business practices. Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
• A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies and protocols.

Pay: $82-$107 per hour.
