WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for our clients and the industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have experience working with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and driving process improvements. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting directly to our Resource Manager, as a Business Analyst on our team, you will work onsite 2x days a week in our client’s office located in the Greater Baltimore area. You will play a critical role in facilitating business and technical collaboration, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, improving business processes, managing change, and supporting Agile project execution. You will also work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus among teams.
• Familiarity with product backlog management and requirement refinement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the liaison between business users, stakeholders, and the technical team to define and analyze business needs.
• Lead change management efforts, including communication and training, to support smooth transitions.
• Develop process maps, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and effectively communicate insights.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Communicate project status updates, create reports, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategy.
