Security Guard / Guard Shack

- Part Time 3rd Shift working every Friday & Saturday 

Our client, an esteemed player in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Security Person to work in their Guard Shack to join their team. As a Security Person, will be part of a dedicated team supporting the safety and security of the organization and will work in the Entrance/Exit Shack - signing people and shipments into the facility and ensuring only authorized personnel are present and accounted for. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to various situations which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Security Person /Guard Shack

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18 an hour

What's the Job?

• Guard property against damage, fire, theft, and illegal or unauthorized entry.
• 2 positions are available: Opening on 2nd shift (4pm to midnight) and 3rd shift (midnight to 8am)
• Conduct periodic rounds around the buildings and grounds.
• Record disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and accidents or incidents.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.

What's Needed?

• 0 - 2 years of related experience in security or law enforcement.
• Private security or public police experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Reliable and committed to fostering a safe working environment.
