We are a family owned, pool algaecide manufacturing company looking for a candidate to build and lead their own marketing/sales department. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both daily marketing tasks and long term planning
Job Summary:
Manage employees including but not limited to finding talent, hire, train employees
Conduct market research
Create product positioning and messaging
Create and implement marketing program for our existing products
Manage the marketing program and develop SOPs
Develop marketing strategies for potential new products
Lead company’s online marketing program
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in marketing and sales
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in online marketing
Knowledge of CRM
