Sales Manager / Commercial Construction Sales Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with architects, building owners, general contractors, and project managers to understand and fulfill commercial project needs
• Provide tailored solutions and develop complex bid packages and
• Oversee the sales process from design stage through material selection construction
• Conduct lunch and learns and other opportunities to educate architects and builders on the product
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to foster relationships and identify new opportunities​

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Possess a deep understanding of commercial construction processes and building trades
• Demonstrated experience with complex bid packages and project estimation
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents
• Skilled in negotiating and closing sales ​
