About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of electronics, mechanics, and software to join an exciting start up who are developing a autonomous robotics system.

If you’ve built motor controllers for EV racing teams , designed sensor interfaces for autonomous vehicles , or prototyped novel robotics mechanisms , this role is for you. The systems you develop will power thousands of deployed robots , shaping the future of dexterous automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and optimize electromechanical systems for real-world robotic applications.
• Develop motor controllers, sensor interfaces, and custom robotic mechanisms .
• Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to build scalable, reliable robotic solutions .
• Push the limits of high-performance runtimes, low-latency control, and teleoperation systems .
• Solve challenging problems in inference algorithms and hardware-software integration .

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical system design .
• Proficiency in embedded systems, motor control, and real-time software .
• Passion for building and deploying advanced robotic systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person work environment (6+ days/week in SF) .
