*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. This role requires proficiency in urgent care, inpatient care, and the ability to manage critical situations effectively.

*Location : Laconia, NH*
*Duration : 13 Weeks*
*Shift : Days and Nights both(12*3)*
*Pay Package : $2506/weekly*

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the urgency of care required.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to aseptic techniques.
* Provide immediate care for patients experiencing medical emergencies, including airway management and infant care when necessary.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
* Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
* Participate in continuous education and training to maintain clinical competence.

*Requirements*
Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
BLS & ACLS, PALS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner – experience is preferred not required
