Hiring: Restaurant Contract Recruiter

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: Up To $38/ Hr

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer)
• High-volume recruiting managing dozens of positions
• Successfully organize and balance complex job order requirements
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers
• Provide weekly updates on candidate sourcing, and placement activity

Qualifications:

• Must have recruiting experience in the restaurant industry
• Must have Workday experience
• Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
• High-volume recruiting experience managing at least 10 job orders at one time
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Outstanding Persuasive skills
• Experience supporting senior-level hiring managers
• Extremely self-reliant, requires minimal supervision
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• ATS/HRIS experience preferred
