Job Summary: Godspeed Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Direct Hire Recruitment Specialist to join our growing London team! This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, making successful placements, and maintaining strong client communication. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with leading employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring an efficient and professional process
• Manage the hiring process from initial contact to successful placement
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Deliver a positive and engaging experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay informed on market trends and provide clients with relevant insights and advice

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct hire or permanent recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Confidence in managing multiple open roles and competing priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools/platforms (Zoho)
• A consultative and client-focused approach to recruitment
