Job Description:

We are immediately hiring a temporary Recruiting Coordinator join our team in Redwood City on a hybrid schedule.

Coordinators are the backbone of our recruitment team, providing essential coordination and administrative support.

We're seeking someone who is extremely organized, has a customer-focused attitude, a team-oriented approach, and a drive to ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with our local recruiters in various recruiting functions - scheduling phone, video and onsite interviews quickly and efficiently.
• Manage our Applicant Tracking System with precision.
• Post positions on our ATS and job boards as required.
• As the role develops, grow into recruiting and sourcing for junior roles utilizing LinkedIn and other resources to identify candidates for positions across the US.

Requirements :

• A sense of urgency and a 'get things done now' attitude.
• A process-oriented mindset and a focus on the continuous improvement of scheduling and coordination procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Base Compensation Range : $85,000 - $90,000 (annual)

Note : 6 months temp - full time conversion contingent upon performance and availability of headcount

In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus and a competitive benefits package.
