Position Overview: Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Capricor’s talent acquisition efforts by ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with internship experience in any field who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will assist in creating offer letters and contribute to innovative solutions that optimize the talent acquisition process while ensuring candidates feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Create and prepare offer letters, ensuring accuracy and consistency in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and verify that job descriptions are current and accurately reflect each role.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using online platforms and professional networks, supporting efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Provide candidates with timely updates and guidance, fostering a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to streamline recruitment efforts and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate on special projects, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment events, to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Internship experience in any capacity is preferred; prior exposure to HR or recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment, with occasional remote work opportunities.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
  • May require occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds.

Compensation (USD):
