Position Overview: As a Recruiter at New Western, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our high-performing real estate investment teams. Working closely with hiring managers across multiple markets, you will recruit licensed real estate agents and top-tier sales professionals who align with our innovative and fast-paced business model. Leveraging creativity, organization, and exceptional communication skills, you will guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an outstanding experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilites

  • Proactively source, screen, and recruit licensed real estate agents and sales professionals.
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline using Lever ATS, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of all candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set hiring expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including ride-alongs, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver interview training and process best practices.
  • Create and send offer letters, ensuring a seamless candidate experience during the hiring and pre-boarding phases.
  • Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.), and social media platforms to identify and engage talent.
  • Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and timelines for real estate agents in various states.
  • Build and foster relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting OR 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience recruiting real estate agents or sales professionals preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing and engagement.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
