Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist-Part Time 15 - 18 hours / week in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our office operations, providing administrative support across various departments and managing the day-to-day office tasks. Responsibilities: Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment inventory Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments efficiently Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and departments such as accounting, marketing, brokerage, and property management Manage a multiline phone system, ensuring smooth communication within the office Coordinate company meetings and schedules, both in the office and via videoconference Oversee the maintenance of company files and the organization of the file room Assist in preparing letters, mailings, spreadsheets, and forms Manage databases for listing services and maintain mailing lists Oversee Broker Licenses, CEUs, and Insurance Coordinate food deliveries for group meetings Undertake any other relevant duties when needed.
