An excellent opportunity is looking for a recent graduate to work in Sales for a Top Medical device (Orthopedics) company. Y ou MUST have an SUV or a Truck to load equipment—this is an all-hands-on-deck situation!! (Travel Expenses are covered! )The small passenger car is too small. The travel is mostly day travel. Greater Boston and the New England States!

Our client seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join their team! This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in Medical device sales in a fast-paced environment! You will and can play a crucial role in growing the Boston and New England territories. You will provide exceptional support during surgical cases, onboard new facilities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will assist in orthopedic device sales by providing technical expertise and ensuring a smooth case execution. You will also handle case management by setting up and cleaning up surgical cases and ensuring products and tools are available and in working order.

You will support onboarding new facilities by educating healthcare professionals on product use and best practices. You will work closely with the sales manager and team to identify opportunities to expand your market share and achieve sales targets.

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Training: Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, surgical techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, life
sciences, or a related field.
Ideally, 1-2 years of sales experience preferred in medical devices or healthcare sales or Recent Grad!
Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-
pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Boston/New England territory.
