We’re looking for a driven IN OFFICE Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure smooth and successful closings. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. IN OFFICE POSITION
Being in the office allows for instant collaboration with agents, brokers, and other staff.
Quick answers to urgent contract questions, missing documents, or compliance issues.
Reduces delays caused by email or phone tag, ensuring faster transaction processing .
Compensation: $22+ hourly based on experience hourly
