Description: Our client will be hiring a Construction Purchasing Admin to support the Pre-Construction Team on several key project deliverables for 2023 into 2024. The primary duties for this role include data entry, product specification, administrative documentation, as well as regular email and phone communication with company vendors and suppliers. RESPONSIBILITIES : Entry of Cost data into company formatted tables, spreadsheets, and catalogs. Request documentation from vendors and suppliers, and organize those files digitally. Use Google software (documents, spreadsheets, presentation) files and organize images and text to create impactful catalogs of building product programs. Work with the Director of Pre-Construction on regular updates and outcomes to meet near-term deadlines.
