Job Description

As a Project Manager at Hyperquake, you will serve as a key communicator within the agency and with assigned clients. This position is tasked with the critical role of effectively coordinating and executing a range of project types for all assigned brands. The Project Manager role serves as the main communication point for all project deliverables and thrives in embracing and solving problems at each level of the project. As the primary point of contact for both the client and the internal project team, this position is vital to the success of any engagement as you will be responsible for facilitating healthy collaboration and establishing trust within the teams. The Project Manager will oversee projects success from kick off to completion, ensuring that the assigned team has all they need to deliver extraordinarily effective results while driving accountability across disciplines and teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members, so it is critical that all Project Manager candidates be great communicators and able to connect the moving pieces of each project that they are assigned to. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.
  • Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance and update timeline accordingly.
  • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
  • Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
  • Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert the key partners should if dates shift along the life cycle of the task.
  • Coordinate and run weekly status meeting and provide day-to-day project status to the team.
  • Supervise schedules, budget, resources, and overall project structure to guarantee that project requirements and delivery dates are comprehended and executed.
  • Adjust timelines in response to client or internal changes, and maintain accurate timelines throughout the project's duration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience within Advertising or related industry
