Join a boutique MEP Engineering firm circa 10-years years old in the heart of Lower Manhattan. They have a small P/FP team and are seeking another experienced Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer that can co-lead this discipline with an existing team member. Amazing opportunity to work closely with the Principals and play a leadership role in the team. Manage projects, client relationships, tackle complex & challenging work, while supporting the growth of your team.

Your New Role

• Support a variety of new construction & gut rehab engineering work across a diverse range of industry sectors spanning Residential, Commercial, Cultural, Institutional, Educational, Historic, and more.
• Be provided with ongoing professional development & mentoring.
• Play a leadership role within the Firm.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Professional experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineering.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• An understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with Revit

• A competitive base salary, anticipated to be between $115,000 to $150,000 annually (depending on experience), plus total package.
