Your Role:

As a Pellet Mill Operator, you will play a vital role in our production team, ensuring that we meet our targets while maintaining the highest safety standards. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Monitor the operation of pellet mills, hammer mills, and related equipment to ensure quality production.
• Follow standard operating procedures for start-up, shutdown, and normal operations.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the plant.
• Perform basic maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety and effective problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively within your team and across the business unit.
• Complete logs and records for plant checks and operational data.
• Flexibly cover other positions as needed to support the business.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Inspect equipment and report any damage or mechanical issues.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and walking.
• Understand risks and follow detailed Job Risk Assessments (JRA) to avoid hazards.

Who You Are:

Do you have experience in heavy industry and a high school diploma or equivalent? Are you skilled at operating mobile equipment safely and efficiently? If so, we want to hear from you!
